Why Wil-Pump?

Wil-Pump was established in 1994 and is an independent family-owned business. We work with all companies and on all job sites. Our experienced operators have done it all, from pumping under water in the Chicago River to hundreds of feet out onto a Lake Michigan barge.  We’ve built dams, constructed massive museum exhibits and filled skunk holes under homes.  We’ll go up a ten-story building, fill pipe under a road and pump fake concrete onto movie sets.  If it’s pumpable, we can move it.  

In addition to their experience in job management and running the equipment, our operators are also skilled mechanics.  Our equipment is well maintained but anything can happen and it’s a job-saver when an operator is able to make a quick repair or even have a replacement pump on the job quickly. Our operators are knowledgeable on concrete mix designs and work closely with redi-mix companies to ensure material flows as it should.

While we service all contractors and work on all size jobs, from the beginning the goal at Wil-Pump has been to meet the needs of the small contractor.  We provide an outstanding service at a fair price.  Our pumps don’t do just one pour a day and make that pour last.  We run a tight schedule and hustle on the job. Keeping our eye on that smaller contractor, we’ve made sure that our basic pour – the three hour minimum – remains an outstanding value.
