Who We Are

Founded in 1994, Wil-Pump is an independent, family-owned concrete pumping company serving contractors of every size. From Chicago River underwater pumping to Lake Michigan barge work, high-rise buildings to tight residential pours. If it’s pumpable, we can move it.

Our operators are more than equipment drivers…they are skilled mechanics and concrete specialists. Well-maintained pumps, fast on-site repairs, and deep knowledge of mix design keep jobs moving when it matters most. We work closely with ready-mix suppliers to ensure smooth, efficient pours.

1990 - Wilsonbilt, Inc., a home remodeling and construction business was created

1993 - Wilsonbilt rented a concrete pump to pour a foundation for an addition and saw an opportunity

1994 - Wil-Pump Concrete was created. The vision was to make concrete pumping affordable for the smaller contractor

1994 - First design of trailer pump set up which was used until 3 years ago

1998 - Added our first team member, Rafael

1998 - Built first Truck Mounted Pump

2013 - New design for Truck Mounted Pump

2016 - Next generation of Wilson, Angus, enters the pumping field.

2016 - Neil Wilson changes roles and becomes inventor

2016 - Next generation of Truck Mounted Pump is designed - Patent Pending

2019 - PATENT GRANTED on Truck Mounted Pump!

2020 - Next generation of Conveyor is designed and built - Patent Pending and FOR SALE!

2024 - Patent granted on Conveyor!

2025 - SECOND patent granted on Conveyor!
